The following form is provided to comply with EU Regulations regarding the 14-day cancellation option for retail goods. Although digital products are exempt from this option, DLG Compliance Management strives to adhere to all regulations equally.
Cancel Order Request
To request cancellation of a retail product sold (digital products exempted), please provide the following information: (1) customer name, (2) date of purchase, (3) product, (4) order number, if available. You should receive a response within 48 hours after submitting your request.
